The Social Enterprise Jobs Summit is Australia’s first conference for and about jobs-focused social enterprises.
A job is far more than a paycheck—it creates purpose, stability, and opportunity, strengthening families, communities and entire economies. Jobs-focused social enterprises (or Work Integration Social Enterprises) play a vital role in making this happen, creating pathways for people who might otherwise be locked out of work. We know the impact we can have. But we also know how tough it can be to shift systems and drive lasting change.
Right now, momentum is building. Government, philanthropy, and corporate partners see the value of jobs-focused social enterprises and want to understand how to better support them. There’s also a hunger from the sector to come together, plan, act, and learn as a collective. So let’s do it.

This is the only conference in Australia dedicated to jobs-focused social enterprise, and while it’s open to social enterprises of all stages, our aim is to ensure a high-impact experience for everyone involved.
