What is the Social Enterprise Jobs Summit?

The Social Enterprise Jobs Summit is Australia’s first-ever conference dedicated to jobs-focused social enterprises. This two-day event will bring together social enterprises, government, philanthropy, and corporate partners to share lessons, foster collaboration, and strengthen the sector.

The summit will take place on 11–12 June 2025 at Melbourne University.

The summit is co-hosted by White Box Enterprises and Social Enterprise Australia, in collaboration with key partners across the sector.

The summit aims to unite jobs-focused social enterprises, share hard-earned lessons, address challenges, and amplify the sector’s collective voice. It also seeks to deepen connections between key stakeholders and position jobs-focused social enterprises as a vital part of Australia’s employment system.

Yes. The summit welcomes attendees from government, philanthropy, corporates, and other adjacent sectors interested in supporting or learning more about jobs-focused social enterprises.

Absolutely. Employees and participants of social enterprises are encouraged to attend to share their lived experiences and engage in meaningful discussions about impact.

Yes. The summit will include dedicated networking sessions and interactive workshops to help attendees connect and collaborate.
